This clinic is extremely frustrating. For the last three Medical Assistant appointments i've had they are late. Always late every single time, currently sitting in the waiting room now 15 min past my appointment. Have waited 45 min at the previous appointment and 35 the time before that. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. This is a quick injection. Only been with Anna about 7 months. And I have never been this happy with my care. Anna listens, she has compassion and she's very thorough. I came to her with so many health issues. And in the process of figuring some out, more issues came to light. Ive been an emotional wreck at times. Anna is right there to see me through it all. She's sooo kind. She makes things happen. I'm with the best provider I've ever had. Thanks Anna.
I have been seeing Dr. Urbanc for years. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her care. She is not only thorough, she’s kind, compassionate, non-judgemental, and takes her time to truly get to know you. I’ve gone through miscarriages and she truly has been a gift through it all. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
I have been seeing Anna for years. She is caring and thorough. I know that if she's out of the office, another provider will address my needs. I am no longer in the immediate area and haven't been for about 3 years but continue to travel there because I value the care they give.
