I’ve used Anna’s counseling services twice. Once for couples counseling and the second for one on one counseling. During our couples counseling Anna was amazing. She saw both sides and gave us tools to use at home. She never once tried to be one sided or convince us to be against eachother. It was the best couples counselings we have received. Went for couple’s counseling and it just felt one sided. Sessions felt like a parent scolding me so I couldn’t trust to tell everything. I think we were supposed to go through 12 sessions but I just couldn’t do more than 8.

Not a good experience at all. My ex, whom I broke up with a few years ago got couples counseling from her. She doesn’t know how to navigate narcissism and allowed my ex to use sob stories to get attention during the sessions and with her vulnerable narcissism. She walked all over Anna and the sessions were unproductive. Also, the therapist was having private conversations with my ex.
