Yesterday was my third time at this location, the past two times have been great. Yesterday was not. I was seen with a young Indian doctor and it was a disaster, this was my follow up appointment which I was done by Dr Farhat and the Dr I seen yesterday didn’t even know what I came for and I had questions regarding other topics which she didn’t even have the answers too and I was complaining about pains going from my chest around my rib cage to my back and she didn’t even acknowledge it. So…. it opens at 8am but you can’t speak to someone on the phone until 8:30 ? Where is the logic in that ! 🤦
A family member saw this doctor and has gone through a very traumatic experience with her. She trusted her at first until the doctor (I won’t get into details) did some very unethical and strange behavior. Medical board is being contacted.
Dr Farhat is an excellent physician. She is very knowledgeable, kind, understanding and very personable. She addresses every concern I have and provides solutions and guidance. My appointments with Dr Farhat are always comfortable and pleasant. I very highly recommend her.
Dr Farhat is great. She really cares about my health goals and I feel like I have a true advocate on my side.
