Yes, I arrived early on March 28 due to the storm—we all had to adjust for the weather. I had a booking at 8:00 AM, and out of courtesy and safety, I arrived early. At 7:35 AM, I sent a text, and I didn’t even walk up to the door until 7:46 AM. Yet, no one opened the door. I ended up walking back to my vehicle in freezing cold weather.
