I called to make an appointment with Anna Karp and said it from the very beginning, but the administrator (very rude man) decided to make an appointment with another specialist. I spent half an hour on the call while he was recording me and then he said that there was no recording for her at all. He yelled at me and then hung up on me, he was very rude and angry.

It’s taken me so many years to find a dermatologist I like and feel comfortable with. I had my expectations exceeded by seeing Dr. Karp. I saw her on her first day at the Park Slope location and I couldn’t stop raving about her after I left the office. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I was really touched by her bedside manner. I asked at least 40 questions when I first visited her and she took her time and answered all of them. I have been and continue to be extremely pleased with the level of service, professionalism, and kindness displayed by Dr. Karp and her staff. I originally contacted Dr. Karp because of an ongoing skin reaction I was having as well as a few other concerns. We had to do a video call due to the virus but she was able to diagnose me right there based on my description of symptoms.
