l called to ask what they charge for a battery install they said $17-$20. When l got to the store i mentioned l had talked to Anna regarding a watch battery, he looked at the watch and said $25. l told him i talked to Anna she said it would cost $17-$20. His response was its a higher end watch, which is ridiculous because they are pretty simple to replace if you have the tools. My response was you just lost a sale and walked away

I took a couple pieces of jewelry in to be repaired and received excellent service and a very fair price for the work required add to this the work was completed ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this shop and will be taking all of my business to this location in the future!!!
