My experience with the Nepo Baby manager (stepson of Anna herself, apparently) at this store has been horrendous. It has ruined the brand for me, which I had previously enjoyed for almost a decade. I bought an item online, and even though it was sold out, somehow I was charged. Nepo Baby reached out and suggested that ANNA could make a custom order in this case since they mixed up their inventory. Then followed months of poor communication.
