Do not use this dentist. I eas told they would do my cleaning covered by my insurance but i needed xrays. They did my xrays and wouldnt do my covered cleaning. They wanted to do a more extensive cleaning that would of cost me an additional $100. My insurance covers 2 free cleanings and they wouldnt do the cleaning. I was very upset. I do not recommend her.
This Dentist office is a horror. Stacy the office manager is unprofessional and nasty. I was charged for my dentures both from my insurance and my credit card before 4 weeks before i was to get my Dentures. Then they lied about services. They were charging me $425.0 for agustments for my dentures, when my insurance covers that. Do not use this Dentist. It will tie your money up for months trying to get everything refunded. I was so scared! Dr Anna Ichoa was so gentle & professional, she totally eased my mind. I have extractions coming & I’m not so scared! All the employees there are also very professional & just wonderful!
