NP Lancaster was thorough and helped me fill out forms for a school physical! I was able to get an appointment quickly which I was extremely grateful for. The labs were also done on site making my visit very efficient!

Everyone has been nice but the communication at both locations has been absolutely disappointing and unprofessional. The three biggest instances: I was told to take misoprostol for my procedure, which is apparently an abortion medication that gave me the worst, most severe cramping of my life. No warning of this. Not only that, but the prescription instructions said to take it 2 hours before my HSG appointment. I called ahead and was told to take it 12 hours beforehand - that's a 10 hour difference. I had a disappointing experience at this OB/GYN practice. The receptionist was dismissive and continued organizing paperwork while I was asking a question, which made me feel ignored. The doctor seemed rushed and did not take time to communicate or ensure I was comfortable. I left feeling unheard and unsupported. I hope the practice places more emphasis on patient communication and compassion. Sticking to specific behaviours usually makes
