I had a disappointing experience at this OB/GYN practice. The receptionist was dismissive and continued organizing paperwork while I was asking a question, which made me feel ignored. The doctor seemed rushed and did not take time to communicate or ensure I was comfortable. I left feeling unheard and unsupported. Normally I’m coming here every time but this time when I come here the are closing at 4:00pm I come at 3:30 pm and the told me to the lab order is not in the System but here is the thing the send me the lab order and the told me to lab order is not in the system and here is a yong lady to other lady ask her to can you take care of the she told me to I don’t have time very rude which is not nice It was never happened to me before like this please talk to the lab lady to have respect little bit.
I really love the doctors at Anna Health and don’t want to leave a negative review because the providers have been wonderful. However, my experience with the staff — especially when going in on the OB side and this location — has been really disappointing. They often come across as rude, dismissive, and sassy, which makes an already personal and vulnerable type of appointment feel uncomfortable. I really hope this can be addressed because the doctors are great, but the staff interactions really affect the overall experience.
