The first time, my appointment was canceled just one hour before my scheduled visit. The second time, she did not call me on time for our scheduled phone appointment. Instead, she left a message 40 minutes later, falsely claiming she had attempted to reach me on time. This is untrue - I was by my phone from 11:20 AM until noon, checking every minute I did not miss the call and waiting for it. I even canceled my plans for this appointment, and the first time, I had to reschedule work meetings. This is extremely disrespectful!
