I was scheduled for a virtual appt with Dr Gotardo at 7:00am, she entered the visit at about 7:13 am, no apology, no thank you for waiting...just what can I help you with? Everything I needed was met with skepticism. Literally NO MEDICAL assistance or inquiries about my health or concern was displayed. I inquired if she could interpret my most recent blood tests.
