Anna helped us sell our home this Spring - above asking! When we first contacted Anna she set up a meeting and came fully prepared! She had comps to help establish an asking price, set out a timeline of when each task needed to occur - staging, photos, go-live, anticipated closing, etc. She was available every time we had a question and we could not be happier with her expertise! Being a first time home buyer can be somewhat of a tricky process, especially when you’re not sure of what that process actually is. Thankfully, we met Anna and she showed us just how simple and easy the everything can be with her help! Any questions or concerns that we had were answered within minutes and that definitely helped put our minds at ease. Having Anna as our realtor made buying a house for the first time actually enjoyable and we will always be grateful for that!

Anna is truly amazing at what she does! Our family was in the market to find a home to raise our children. With the current market finding that perfect home is virtuously impossible. Anna made the impossible possible! She was knowledgeable, passionate, and relentless in helping us find the home we would raise our children in. Anna Golden is the best in what she does, she is passionate, smart, friendly, and much more.
