A great place to solve problems that may come up
Very promp, friendly and professional office. Dr Fermin was very pleasant, thorough and courteous. She explained things well and in easy to understand ways.
Very short wait. Quick check-in, all staff very pleasant. Dr.Anna Fermin is so personable and explained everything about the results of my testing. I got good news and she suggested I keep with medication or stop snd see if I notice a difference. I also need to follow up with primary and discuss next steps. So glad my tests were negative.
10 STARS! I know everyone says this about their Dr., but Dr. Fermin is absolutely the BEST. She is on time, no waiting. She truly cares about her patients. She is clear on everything she says and explains the medical terms to make them easy to understand. She listens, she is very personable and she does it all with enthusiasm and a smile.
