Anna Cosyleon or something doesnt care if your in pain or sensitive to light she’ll say you’re in uncooperative and leave notes in visit trying to relate me to a drunk individual with her “observatjon” of me. Horrible. I went to see Jacob next week and you compare her notes and Jake’s, and it shows how incompetent she is and judgmental.

Thought I was making up an illness even though clearly I was sick and told me that she couldn't do something in her office and clearly they do. Felt like I didn't get the right type of care. Maybe caught her on an off day or something.
She is easy to communicate with and I feel that I can talk with her about everything health related. She is a good listener and I feel that she cares about my health.
