Anna is always pleasant and listens to my concerns. She never feels in a hurry. She remembers things I tell her even about family or trips we’ve taken. She’s the best! Also wanted to say one of her nurses, Robin is a real asset too.
Anna always listens and doesn’t dismiss my feelings. She’s knowledgeable about most and if not she admits it and does the research to learn. She doesn’t ignore my concerns, or questions. She always responds quickly to messages and has never been disrespectful or even seemed annoyed.
