Amazing Doctor, Doctors, nurses, and staff. Had to change from Novant Health the beginning of 2026 as I repeatedly went in to one of their offices in 2025 for medical issues and they repeatedly missed a severe health diagnosis. I probably wouldn’t be here today, or in worse overall condition if not for this medical office. She is an excellent doctor who always takes time with me.
So thankful for Dr. Claugus. She is absolutely the best health care provider I have ever had. She is very intelligent, receptive, kind, caring, trustworthy, and genuine. Everything you would hope for in a physician whom you place complete trust in to manage your care as a primary care provider. She has navigated me through both highs and lows in my health journey. I trust her and am very thankful for her. She is the absolute best!
