Everything being relative, Dr. Frick was probably the best (most engaged, attentive to symptoms as described by the patient, thorough in relevant exam of body parts, ruminative in deciding next steps towards diagnoses & treatments, considerate in possible immediate interventions for some relief of distress, etc,) physician with whom this patient has had a consultation in more than a decade. I would unreservedly recommend her.
The nurse, Jessica, was friendly, efficient, and good natured. I then waited 30 min for Dr. Frick to appear. She did. She too was friendly, efficient, and good natured. After the procedure she asked me about my recent trips and laughed with the nurse about the surprise objective. It made the whole episode fun.
There is no one I would trust more than Dr. Frick Doing my procedure for incontinence. It was So easy that I fell asleep in the preparation part of it and the rest was a piece of cake. And it worked like a charm!
Dr. Frick is thoughtful and kind and she really listens. My visit with her gave me all of the information I was seeking and more. Thank you!
