I have known Anna for a very long time. She is a very capable counselor, who is result focused and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend AB Lifetime.
As I posted earlier, Anna's online sessions helped me keep my job and get me through the challenging time. She is a great coach, a wonderful listener and her services are helpful. Can't wait for an in person Ashtanga Yoga session one day!
Anna is very knowledgeable and experienced in Ashtanga Yoga. I have been practicing with her for 4 months now. And it's incredible how strong I have become in such a short time. I always leave my session feeling gratified and accomplished. Not to mention the breathing techniques regulate my inner balance, and meditation always leaves me with a clear mind.
