Took great care of my wife. As a physician I know they took responsibility for her situation right away, which I see so few groups do anymore. Dr. Alappat was excellent. Couldn't have asked for more.
Dr. Alappat is a great OBGYN. She has been so compassionate during a few stressful medical situations (including being the only doctor who would see me for my final prenatal visit when my husband got COVID on my due date). I feel I'm in great hands under her kind and proactive care.
If I could review less I would. The office never answers the phone, when you do make appointment 6 weeks in advance, they moved the office never told me that or gave new address when confirming appointment. When I show up 20 min late because I was looking for the place they could care less about helping a patient. I even showed them the address I was given by the hospital. She didn't give me any hope towards my situation and she also didn't give me a future plan.
