Had a great appointment w/ Dr Hayden. She patiently answered my questions ( I asked a lot) and explained what she was doing. She and her assistant ( Cindy) both wore masks which I so appreciated ( I’m vaccinated but still wear a mask); the only disappointment was the office mask policy ( if vaccinated no mask required). Ironically every patient in the waiting room must have been vaccinated!! Considering the WHO is recommending masks indoor due to the Delta variant I was very concerned about that office policy. Awful place. I patiently waited 2 weeks for an appointment with a nurse practitioner to look at a chronic skin issue on my hand. I got there on time, with the paperwork complete. Provided my insurance, paid my co-pay and sat in the waiting room for an hour.45 minutes into the wait I asked how much longer and couldn't get an answer. The receptionist would only say, "it's not my fault, take it up with the nurse practitioner". After waiting the full hour, I asked for my personal information back and a refund on my co-pay.
