Her exam was not very in-depth and she didn't include me in a decision I should have been consulted about.
I have been a patient here for over a year and could not be more pleased. I have had immense sun damage and she has addressed this issue so well.
Dr. Hayden and her current nurse are prompt and caring. Dr Hayden is careful to explain what she sees on your skin and how she will treat it. She proceeds with confidence and such professionalism that you have confidence in what she does and explains. She removed a skin lesion that had been so bothersome for my wife. The result appears to be clear and on track to heal within a week or so. I have the most confidence in her and the other doctors in the office!

If I could give her ten stars I would. Very calming and caring. Listened carefully to my concerns and worked hard to address each one. Extremely professional! I saw several doctors before seeing Dr Hayden and none of them addressed my concerns with care or compassion but from the first visit I knew she was different then the rest. It saddens me that she is no longer practicing close enough to me for me to continue seeing her but I would strongly advise anyone who is in need of dermatology help and can get to her office to do... read more
