Ann was awesome throughout the sale of our home. Despite a very difficult market in Bend, Ann brought us from listing to close in only two months. She provided expert guidance and services to our initial meetings, and made sure our house was in top shape for our MLS listing. Ann was great to work for! As a subcontractor working on a home that Ann was listing for a client, I could tell Ann really cares about checking every box needed to wow potential buyers. She paid promptly and was great with communication. She even allowed us the flexibility to get the job done where it fit into our schedule. Thanks Ann!
Ann’s support at helping us find that perfect home in Bend as well as successfully marketing our home so it sold relatively quickly was great. She is thorough, professional and knowledgeable in her work. We felt fortunate to have her as our realtor and highly recommend her services whether buying or selling!

Ann was fantastic every step of the way in selling our home on Awbrey Butte in Bend, Oregon! Her attention to detail was superb and she kept us well informed at every level. She was quick to share resources to get our home ready to list, which we took advantage of. The result was a cash sale for our asking price! We highly recommend Ann Willis with RE-MAX Key Properties if you want super results!
