Mrs. Walter was amazing. We moved from out of state and had to purchase a home sight unseen. She was always willing to walk through homes for us and FaceTime us while she did! Gave us comfort that her guidance would get us the house we always wanted!
Ann and her team were easy to work with! She ensured our move was handled efficiently without any issues on our end! And, after we closed on our home she remained available, providing contractors and advice!

I'd recommend Ann and her team a million times if I could. As first time home buyers we had absolutely no idea what to expect and Ann walked us through everything. She was quick to respond and get us in for showings, would talk us through what would look good in an offer, and helped us through the whole thing. Ann would often let you formulate your own opinions on the houses you saw and then would give her expert feedback after you come up with your own opinion.
