UPDATED REVIEW 2026 - ALL THE STARS This is somehow our third time working with Ann, and I think that says a lot about how much we trust her and her team! This move was a little different because it happened somewhat suddenly and came with a lot of grief, anxiety, and disappointment. Ann was incredibly compassionate throughout the whole process and genuinely cared for us like family. She has a really great ability to understand what you need and help make a stressful process feel manageable. Ann works quickly, makes things h... read more
Recently Ann Walter's team helped us through the sale of our home in Hyde Park. As with all home sales, the goal is to move the house through the sales process. From start to finish the Walter team was very responsive getting issues handled. When an issue did crop up, there was a plan to get it handled, and quickly. From day one we felt like we were in great hands with Ann and would recommend her to anyone shopping for homes in the KC area.

She dialed in on our desires for our next home and took down our individual needs and qualities to add personal touches to the process that made ... read more
I have nothing but great things to say about my time working with Ann and would feel confident recommending her services as a realtor to anybody in my life! My husband and I just closed on a beautiful home in Kansas City in our top preferred neighborhood, largely due to the diligence of Ann and her team along the way. We are coming from out of state, which comes with its own set of logistical hurdles, but at every step along the way, Ann has been a super communicator, always keeping us in the loop and aware of next steps, gi... read more
