We had an absolutely awesome experience with Ann. She gave us great guidance and insight every step of the way. There was a lot we didn’t know and she helped us navigate the complexities and challenges with so much patience. She also helped us know what to look for so we could remain confident we were making an informed decision. Her reputation with home buyers, agents, and other vendors is second to none. I've been with Ann for a number of years now as my realtor. She helped me find my first home and then helped me sell it 7 years later. Mrs. Walter was amazing. We moved from out of state and had to purchase a home sight unseen. She was always willing to walk through homes for us and FaceTime us while she did! Gave us comfort that her guidance would get us the house we always wanted!
