I will not be coming back to this location my daughter’s appointment was set my 10am didn’t get seen by the doctor until 11am that’s ridiculous that we had to wait an hour to be seen

I have spent all afternoon trying to schedule an echo for my child. I've faxed the order over and so has the primary care physician whos ordering it. Scheduling keeps claiming they do not have it and some rude cardiac nurse named Jane told me it takes two days to receive any order. This is ridiculous parents cannot get someone to verify a fax was sent over to schedule a procedure within a timely fashion and then to be rude is unnecessary. Parents are calling to schedule sick kids, where's the professionalism and empathy.
