My youngest daughter, who just turned 2, sees two physicians here--Jennifer Bosworth, an allergist, and Dr. Kenner-Bell, dermatologist. The care is phenomenal. I would not bring her anywhere else.

I really like it here. There great but trying to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment they take forever to answer! Even if you call once they open they still take hours to answer.

Terrible lack of communication between the scheduling department, downtown, and outpatient. My daughter sees a fantastic provider for physical therapy, and that has been the only good experience. I tried to take my son here for ENT. The receptionist ladies at the desk were very reasonable. BEWARE of PA Lauren Gute, she's judgemental and arrogant. I'm shocked at the implications she made towards me in the office. I double checked the website and called multiple times to make sure that they accepted his BCBS HMO (with referral... read more

Terrible experience. Complete lack of communication. Optho admins don’t care about patients.
