I was running late to my daughters appointment. I called and notified that I was going to be late. They stated that there was a 15 minute grace period. I arrived in the office 30 seconds after the 15 min grace period. Time was still 11:15 am. They would not see my daughter after we drove over an hour. Anna at the desk after looking and confirming my daughters name and verifying she had a appointment stated that she would not be seen. As this also took time. She was rude and not compassionate. Very disappointed with scheduling, i had to reschedule because of my kids fever and I got the reschedule appointment for October (after 4 months) even doctors treatment is not for 4 months!! Dont know what I would do if I need a re-fill for my kid in these 4 months!! Me my kid are put on the worst spot ever. The doctor Rossie should look into this else no one will trust the process of this clinic.
My 4 year old son had a Ophthalmology procedure with Dr Jennifer Landau Rossen @ Northbrook location. She's the best very professional, experienced and friendly, we have been seeing her @ Lake forest location. It wouldn't be possible without Dr Rossen!! She made sure my son is comfortable before after procedure, his eyes are straight and improved. All staff at northbrook and lake forest are friendly!!
Bunch of scammers! I fully paid for the visit + they billed my insurance for non existing facility charges, just because I came to the clinic! I will tell my main physician to never send anyone to this clinic. No referrals! Stay away from them! Liars and scammers
Nobody answers the phone nor returns phone calls! Pathetic service worse than cemetery.
