Was instructed to call to schedule my sons surgery and when calling provided number it goes straight to voicemail to leave name & number and they will call back to schedule it... stating they are short staffed.. 1. Admitting this does not make me feel confident about scheduling my 2 year olds surgery with them 2. It has been almost a week and I call daily and no one has called me back.. I’ll be reaching out to northwestern CDH instead now.
Warm environment with sweet and empathetic staff. Even though my almost 4yo (who is terrified of anything medical) cried while having his blood drawn it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them. The captain america band-aid along with the ball he was given to take home afterwards, definitely helped!
