Parking is terrible. Got the ticket validated and still got charged by the arab lady on the phone talking to her friend. 11/22. Probably pocketed the money, I hope soneone looks into this.
Received an appointment within ten minutes of arrival while my daughter was having difficulty breathing. The nurse was great at facilitating engagement with the staff and my daughter (she stayed to entertain her while we were giving her an uncomfortable medication) and the doctor effectively diagnosed and remedied the illness. My first time going to a children’s urgent care but I can’t imagine it going any better.
Love Dr swaroop, she’s the best doctor forever she takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which has given me great confidence in the care my son received. we still following with her and we’re so glad to have her as our son doctor
I took my child here once and never again. 1/ We had an appointment and were brought back to the room 30+ minutes late. 2/ The nurse took my child's temperature rectally (normal for her age) with no communication or consent. 3/ The resident incorrectly issued the prescription twice (despite calls, providing the address and number 3x) and I had to call the Pediatrician's office and beg for help the following day. Level of care was excellent by Dr.'s and practitioners. The negative review is specifically towards the practice's admin / billing department which I would characterize as highly deceptive. On multiple instances at our visit we were told "we owed a balance on our account"; the implication being that we needed to pay that amount today. The reality was we were under zero obligation to pay at that time.
