The speech therapist named Mitch has no idea what he is doing. He was very dismissive of my concerns. He witnessed my child choking during a feed (which happens constantly and was the reason for our visit) and just dismissed it saying it wasn’t an issue. He could not or would not answer my questions as to why it kept happening and had no solutions to try and help us. I recommend seeing any other speech therapist.

I drove for over 2 hours for my sons pre surgery appointment, just to be told we couldn't be seen. We were 25min late due to an accident and traffic downtown along with not having any idea where the parking garage was so I had to drive around the building to find it. When making the apt I was not told specifically what street the garage was on, or that you could end up in the wrong building all together, which is what happened. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be unfriendly and lacking compassion during a very emotional time. As a parent, it was incredibly frustrating dealing with unresolved issues and having to navigate a stressful environment, especially given the complexities of insurance and claims. We’re not looking for dining recommendations or entertainment; we simply need support. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. I drove over an hour and a half to get there, only to be told that my child could not be seen. To make matters worse, the clinic has multiple elevators that are out of order, forcing patients to use three different elevators and walk through a parking garage just to get to the clinic. The reception area was no better—Jacqueline (the receptionist) was incredibly rude.
