I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vu’s for over a decade. I no longer am her patient. Misdiagnosed acne scares as “big pores”. Went in for warts and she forgot to freeze one (she told me she’s “efficient” but she rushes) Last time I was there she was walking out of the room while I was still asking questions..deplorable behavior from a doctor Front staff failed to update my address and pharmacy resulting in a delay for my meds I left 2 messages inquiring about the missed wart, forgotten pharmacy change, forgotten address change, an... read more
Thanks to Dr. Vu, invasive squamous cell cancer on my face was identified and treated quickly and effectively when I saw her for another condition. She is excellent!
Dr Ann Vu is an excellent dermatologist, definitely deserving of 5 stars! She is my favorite doctor of all. Our whole family thankfully sees her- she is professional, well educated, offers various treatments, personable & thoughtful. She trains her staff well and encourages them to communicate with her. Often she calls us without me asking to make sure we've covered everything. Her office takes insurance and staff is wonderful. She will read emails and respond accordingly.
