Ann clearly communicated what she needed from us so that she could get us the best offer possible. Yes, she asked a lot of us to prepare our home and it was a lot of work; but she obviously knew what was needed. In a very tough market, not only did we have an offer in only three days, but the offer was for much more than we were expecting! We absolutely could not recommend anyone more highly than Ann!!!
