My family was incredibly lucky to be connected with Ann. We had to move out of state for personal reasons and Ann made the process seamless. We made the decision that we wanted to sell our house overnight and had no idea where to start or what to do. Ann was honest and transparent from the beginning about what we would need to do in order to get our house put on the market. She wanted to make sure we got the most that we could for our house. We had a lot of obstacles and she was there every step of the way. She was so helpful and patient with us not to mention she was always available when we needed her. She was so great to work with!

Ann is by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have used her on the purchase of two homes and the selling of one. If I sell this home and buy another, she will be my first call. She is very thorough and makes sure to tie up any loose ends as you go through your home buying/selling experience. She is extremely professional and will make sure you are taken care of.

Ann has helped me with the sale and purchase of two homes. I personally know of a handful of close friends and acquaintances that she’s also helped, who have also had nothing but positive things to say about their experience with her as their agent.
