Dr. Ann Peters is incredible. She is incredibly attentive and personable. She explains everything thoroughly and answers questions. She actually really listens. I have endometriosis and have had a really difficult time finding doctors who really listen, but Dr. Peters was truly perfect. She made me feel like I had full autonomy and choice in my medical care, and set me up for the best treatment possible. She performed my laparoscopic surgery and simultaneous IUD insertion. I cannot recommend Dr. Peters enough! After being put between a rock and a hard place trying to find a new endometriosis specialist and surgeon, I found her and I’m so happy I did. She has probably the best bedside manner I’ve ever had with a doctor. She made me feel like I was heard and took her time with me and explained everything to me perfectly. If I could give 100 stars I would. Dr Ann peters and her team are absolutely incredible. I’ve had two extensive surgeries with Dr peters and each time I’ve been treated with the highest level of respect, patients and kindness. Anyone that is struggling with PCOS, hyperplasia, endometriosis, etc. Dr peters will change your life. So grateful to have her on my team.
After 5 years of multiple doctors giving me the “unexplained infertility” label, tons of IVF failure and loss, so many doctors not listening to me I finally found Dr. Peter’s and she’s been the only Doctor to truly take the time to listen and take me seriously and actually offer an option to find answers. Never had one pleasant experience with Anne Peter’s, the columbia office likes to cancel your appointment without any notification. My past experiences and interactions with Ann seemed rushed, not focused on my appointment. Overall it was not to practice standards. She also does not like to respond to any messages sent in the portal through the mercy healthcare system. I dealt with this for the past few years with mercy!
