This has been one of the worst facilities I have gone to! My personal information was given out along with receiving another patients, I have been billed for multiple things all different amounts that also included a bunch of blood work I never did! when I have only had a basic office visit! Heck if you want to charge for printing off a list of panels on some office paper I’ll gladly give them back since they were never done! Dr. Johnson, is a awesome! She is always very professional. The only downside is her front desk staff. They do not answer phone, they don't send emails or texts for vital appointment. I hate that she is leaving. I do wish her well on her new adventure. I wish I could follow.
Back in 2012 while Dr. Johnson was in Arlington, TN, during a routine checkup noticed something did not sound right with my heart. She immediately sent me to a cardiologist going as far to set my appointment for me that same day. Since that time I have had a defibrillator pacemaker installed, a heart attack, and just recently an aortic valve replacement. Had it not been for her for sure would not be typing this review today. Dr. Johnson is absolutely one of the most Personable and caring doctors I have ever had.
