Dr.Ann Palmer handled my diagnosis expertly and saved my life when my ear infection got into my brain causing bacterial meningitis and the swelling was so extreme, 2 HHC brain surgeons were on stand by ready to perform surgery. (Something UConn Medical Center missed the seriousness of through delays in care on their side.) Thankfully, Dr. Ann Palmer was able to administer the right combination of antibiotics and reduce the swelling on my brain; which avoided the need for brain surgery for me. I’m considering another place the nurses that work for these clinic don’t do there job will th the messages to doctors to getting the right medication to the right pharmacy it’s awful how I get treated differently
