Horrible , I went in and 2 lady’s didn’t want to give me the service I was only gonna go in for a nail polish set and she proceeded to tell me to come another day. There was one girl who had colored eyes who was very lovely and tried helping but 2 other lady’s talked over her and denied service.
As a dad I really did not want to come wait here while she got her nails done. Although, I quickly changed my mind. Thanks to Ann and her son! They made us feel very welcomed and really, just made us feel right at home. Ann and her son are awesome! Fantastic customer service. Very courteous and kind. I even got a free 20 minute back massage while waiting for my daughter. Highly recommend! THANK YOU ANN NAILS!!! 💗🙏
Went in for two pedicures, and called beforehand. Told us we didn’t need an appointment and to just walk in, they started with one of us and it was a decent pedicure, but they didn’t start second person I was with until an hour later and proceeded to take two other walk-ins that came in at least 20-30 minutes after us before my partners pedicure (even though my partner was already soaking and waiting). Ann is really nice and always wants to make sure you're happy. I love that she always offers water and candy. So sweet!!!
Ann does an amazing job. Best pedicure ever!! I will only come here for pedicures. My son also gets his pedicures done here.
