This was my first time having my nails done at Ann Nails and it was a wonderful experience. The salon was very nice and very clean. Lisa did a fabulous job on my nails. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very warm and welcoming. They definately can count on me being a repeat customer.
They were “shaping my nail” and cut down the side of my toenail way too aggressively (pretty sure toenails are not supposed to be rounded and rather are supposed to be fairly straight to avoid ingrown toenail). It was painful at first, but now three days later I had to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic because of the injury to the area.
