I used a different (and pricey) oral surgeon to handle a bone graft and implant. I had a horrible result. From my own investigation, I discovered that he used inferior bone graft materials. Then he advised me to have follow-on surgeries. I paid a lot of money to only get worse. After discussing my agony with a co-worker as I hate oral surgery, I got a recommendation to see Dr. Kania. She wasn't pushy about taking my case. She would not comment on the previous oral surgeon's work. She professionally advised me on what needs to be done. After I gave her the green light, she focused intensely on restoring my oral health to get it to where it should have been in the first place. My dentist who doesn't know her (i.e., no buddy system), said that she readily surpassed his highest expectations for my case. He lauded her work and commented about how she had employed the latest -- but proven -- technology and the best materials available. She is humble, down to earth and friendly. Her office also gave me clear instructions on what to do in the weeks after the surgery. It sounds odd, but the best hospitals haven't mastered that. She is hands down the best Doctor I have had (note that I went beyond oral surgeon).
