I think "Dr." Ann is extremely knowledgeable, as is her husband, Dr. Brook and I feel more comfortable with this practice than 99% of the doctors I've had in my long life. They take time with you and actually listen. They keep up with what's happening in medicine today. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.
As a new patient prospect, I was very surprised at how un friendly the receptionist was. She really gave off the vibe that she didn't want my family or myself as patients at this practice. By the end of the phone call to make an appointment I really didn't want to see this doctor or go to this practice. It was really disappointing because we were pretty excited to find a new physician with such great reviews and values. I wonder if the doctor knows her receptionist is so off putting.
Dr. Ann, as I call her, is more like a friend who happens to know how to make you feel better or figure out what the problem is. She also thinks outside of the box of conventional medicine.
Ann Miller is kind, accommodating & thorough in her work, I highly recommend her.
