Ann is our landlord. She is selling the house with us living in it. In June of 2020 we notified her that there was mold in the house. She raised our rent and told us it was mildew and to clean it with bleach. We then had the house tested for mold professionally. The house has an ermi level of 13.5. That is considered very toxic. The air conditioning then died on the hottest day of the year and she again did nothing. The next day Austin’s notified is there is a Freon leak inside the house. Absolutely amazing realtor, best we've ever worked with. Once we found the neighborhood we liked, she worked hard to find a house that was perfect for us. She worked tirelessly to make sure the purchase went through when we ran into a few hurdles along the way. I highly recommend her, Annie was great!
