EDIT: Most of the flowers ended up dying two days later so I spoke with Ann Marie asking what we can do to remediate the situation, and she remade the bouquet and delivered it the same day. I truly appreciate her working with me and meeting me in the middle for a resolution. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and she waited at her house all day bc it's 101° and the flowers would have been ruined if they were left out. Amazing service and quality! I had called around for flowers for my Mother In-laws birthday with no luck because it falls on Easter. Ann Marie was able to not only deliver last minute and with the Easter holiday but gave us great service and was wonderful to talk to over the phone to order. So grateful for the beautiful Bouquet that my Mother-in-law loved. Will definitely be using again in the future.

I decided to spend a little extra for my flower arrangement by going to a florist instead of the low end grocery store. I ordered on line and they prepared my arrangement in several hours. .... WOW, was I impressed. It was as gorgeous as the picture on the web site. I told her it was the most beautiful arrangement I've seen in real life; then tipped her $20. My mom is 89 she IS WORTH IT !!!

Really great experience with Ann Marie. Called on Monday for a birthday bouquet delivery the following day. Order was done over the phone, told her how much I was looking to spend plus delivery. Paid over the phone and the next day my girlfriend had the biggest, prettiest flower bouquet she had ever seen. Pictures do no justice whatsoever. Ann Marie delivered big time! I will be doing business again here. 10 out of 10!

I call FTD and because they said I missed the widow of ordering for a funeral by an hour...they were not able to help me with what i was looking for. I decided to look under local florists..I found Ann Marie's Flower shop. Not only was her customer service expectational especially due to the current event.
