Canceled last minute saying the limo “broke down” do not recommend at all.
The absolute worst limo experience. Incredibly rude customer service as well as a driver with a bad attitude. For the amount that they charge I do not recommend.
Rude Customer Service
I love these guys and they are my go to limo company in Michiana. They are one of the few companies to actually pick up the phone when you call and their service (just like their vehicles) are top notch. The chauffeur's are always willing to accommodate too (we change our minds a LOT). My go to vehicle is the party bus. I've tried others in the area only to find out they are literally 20 passenger busses. Nothing special. Unless you're into bus seats made out of vinyl. I did an online reservation weeks before my event. I emailed them 3 days prior just to confirm. And I get "Unfortunately we are all booked up. It seems most of the online reservation are done by mistake when people are looking for a quote. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." VERY disappointed. You could have emailed me to tell me that an online RESERVATION does not really mean I have a reservation.
