Children have gone to VYPC for almost 9 yrs (since birth). They may have there flaues but no office is going to be perfect. I have never had a problem getting an appr when needed. I know it may take awhile to get a call back when waiting for a triage call but, I know that when I do get that call that nurse is gonna give me the time and triage that my child needs.
