She was the worst doctor I ever saw. I have had very serious life threatening medical conditions(New illness that is still being researched for cure/treatment). She completely gaslighted me and didn't believe all my pain and sufferings, just because she didn't understand and she's not updated with fairly new illness. I felt very insulted and I couldn't believe that a doctor could treat a very sick patient like this. Do yourself a favor and find the different doctor.
I got an appointment very quickly and she spent time to explain my condition.
If i could give miller -0 stars I would. She is the absolute worst dr. I've ever encountered. I have to write a long drawn out essay of my visit with her today. Safe to say I will be reporting her and will come back to give a play by play on my experience. Just wanted to get this out there. Just to sum up what happened. I was upset that she kept me waiting for over a hour to see her when in previous visits she was going to cancel my appointment because I was 8 minutes late. I was unable to to get a prescription for measurig brivaracetam level in my blood after I called four times to make the request at HUMC blood test center, even the staff there made several requests to no avail. I've been methodically taking the 50 mg dose twice a day as instructed since June13th.Since Dr. Miller advised me I'm required for the results(i.e.; Briviact takes two days to reach effectiveness) to get clearance for my excruciating inguinal hernia surgery on July 2nd I'm running out of options!!!!!
One of the most impressive doctors I have ever met. Her breadth of knowledge is as impressive as her depth, everything she said on the first visit aligned with conclusions of other specialists who had taken much longer, and then she picked up on new things nobody had seen. It was like a real-life Dr Robby. She was patient and made us feel important and it was genuine. When things go wrong in your body you need to believe in your doctor; I could not recommend her more.
