I’m very disappointed with the care and professionalism provided by Dr. Hennessey and the office staff. As a parent, you expect compassion, communication, and thorough attention when it comes to your child’s health, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Concerns felt dismissed, wait times were excessive, and communication was poor throughout the visit. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable trusting this office with my child’s care. Luv her she’s good with my Grandkids understanding
I love her been my daughter pediatrician since she was born I have no complaints. She’s kind hearted understanding and more importantly I look at her like family she’s watched not only my baby girl grow but me and her father as well .
My kid's doc went to another hospital and I chose Dr. Hennessey because I didn't want to leave the Mercy system. I think she's an excellent doctor and very personable. At our first appointment, she took one look and was able to give me a proper diagnosis for one of my kids after they were misdiagnosed by another doctor. She asked all the "right" questions, so I think I made a great choice.
Worst pediatrician office ever can never get an appointment. They will tell you that your child is not sick or that it’s just a stomach bug and they don’t need to come in. The lady at the front desk is always rude always on her phone the doctors barely spend any time with the patients, my kids could be dying and they would tell me it’s nothing but a stomach bug they don’t take care of your kids.
