I have not seen this Dr, she could be amazing but the office manager, Kelly, is making sure I am I unable to be seen. I called to discuss my upcoming appointment, 2 weeks prior and was told my appointment and referral was deleted and I should have my primary resend the referral. I immediately had her resend it. As of now, I am unable to be seen because they have listed me as a no show because I missed my appointment they told me I didn’t have and its “office policy” that I can’t be seen if you miss appointments.
