On September 4th, at approximately 1:00 PM, I visited the Pacific Centre location to return a watch that I had purchased only three days earlier. The watch had not been used, and the protective plastic was still on the band. I provided the watch and my receipt and simply explained that I wanted to make a return. Poor customer service, especially by the manager of the store
Disappointing Experience I would not recommend purchasing a watch from Ann-Louise if you expect it to be genuinely brand new and free of cosmetic damage. I purchased a Bulova 98B323 from Ann-Louise specifically because I wanted this particular model.
