We have been regular customers at Ann Louise for almost two years. My fiancé even bought my engagement ring there, along with several other purchases. We initially had a small issue with resizing the engagement ring, but the staff fixed it at no cost, which we appreciated. Bought a watch day after boxing and the other day its not working. Its a gift and i was to gift wrap it last night and found out the watch hands are not moving. Took the watch back the next morning and the Asian Manager just sent me to other place to get the watch checked. Didnt even apologized and didn’t bother to ask what happened and immediately transferred the responsibility to their partner store. Very poor after sales customer service!
Horrible experience at this location! Beyond worse you can possibly imagine. I received a gift that I wanted to exchange, 2 days later I go to this location to exchange and get another watch and they say oh no the watch that has been sized can’t be exchanged!!!!!! What the watch was bought from you guys two days ago and they first say we can’t do it then they are like go to another store. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any store by far!
