I bought a Watch from the Ann Louise store at Pacific centre mall and i was dealing with Monique. She was very understanding and supportive and the transaction was very smooth. There was some miscommunication between the stores but i am completely satisfied and really happy with the Assistance she provided to me!! Looking forward to come back for the next purchase with Monique!!
Stay far away! We ordered an engagement ring and it was great. We then ordered a gold wedding band and it came with a defect. The store will not stand by their product and refused an exchange or refund. They said they cannot help and would not own up to their mistake. We will never go back and will never recommend this place again. I swear this place is being run by scammers. Careful.
Just can't trust the store anymore. A ring that's less then 2 years already needed fixing twice, and the fix price is completely arbitrary. It looks like the business model is "subscription" style. You pay to keep using the ring (as a fix, because it just keeps breaking) . I recommend taking your money somewhere else.
