Stay far away! We ordered an engagement ring and it was great. We then ordered a gold wedding band and it came with a defect. The store will not stand by their product and refused an exchange or refund. They said they cannot help and would not own up to their mistake. We will never go back and will never recommend this place again. I swear this place is being run by scammers. Careful.
Just can't trust the store anymore. A ring that's less then 2 years already needed fixing twice, and the fix price is completely arbitrary. It looks like the business model is "subscription" style. You pay to keep using the ring (as a fix, because it just keeps breaking) . I recommend taking your money somewhere else.

We have been regular customers at Ann Louise for almost two years. My fiancé even bought my engagement ring there, along with several other purchases. We initially had a small issue with resizing the engagement ring, but the staff fixed it at no cost, which we appreciated. Bought a watch day after boxing and the other day its not working. Its a gift and i was to gift wrap it last night and found out the watch hands are not moving. Took the watch back the next morning and the Asian Manager just sent me to other place to get the watch checked. Didnt even apologized and didn’t bother to ask what happened and immediately transferred the responsibility to their partner store. Very poor after sales customer service!
