Last December my wife had a heart attack, so I decided to buy her a heart shaped locket with pictures of our grandchildren in it. In August (2025) she was putting her bathrobe on and the locket fell from the gold chain , landing on a lino floor it shattered, the loop that holds a locket on the chain was still on the chain , it separated from the locket. We brought the locket in to Ann Louise hoping to get it repaired, replaced or refunded as it was inside their 1 year warranty, the clerk was very nice and she sent the locket... read more
