I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. It felt as though staff were selective about whom they wanted to assist, and I was rushed through without my questions being properly addressed. Overall, the interaction came across as dismissive and unhelpful.

I have shopped here previously and I’m always pleased with the service. I was assisted by Kashmira today. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I purchased a ring which needs to be sized. The fact that it will be ready for pick up by the 19th is impressive. The gentleman that does their gold work is outstanding as he has completed other repairs for me as well. Top notch store all the way….. price point, selection and service!
If you enjoy overpaying while being talked down to by someone who knows less than Google, this is your spot. The Asian man running the counter couldn’t answer basic questions about diamonds — I literally had to educate him about GIA reports. Went in to buy a watch and was completely ignored. Asked for help and lady just ignored me and went to help another client. Was going to buy a watch and was just pushed to the side. Very disappointed with customer service would not recommend as they pre qualify there.
