Not very helpful. I asked if I could pick up my contacts just a few minutes after closing because I have a flight on Monday, and the staff member repeatedly said “no” without trying to offer any solution. I understand closing time, but the lack of flexibility or help was frustrating.
She's so nice and the wait isn't long. She takes medicaid too. Which is hard to find in this area. Definitely going to recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr.Kalladanthyil is very patient and will take time to do her eye exam. Gentle, friendly and know how to deal with younger patients. Her staffs are amazing and her office is recently renovated. Clean and spacious. Easy to make appoitment. Highly recommend her!
