Easily, the best broker working the gold coast. We have sold 2 beach houses on Hollywood Beach with Ann Howarth. Each time we got our full price and both sales went through a short escrow, the last sale has a 9 day escrow. Both sales were for all cash as is. We appreciate her diligence and negotiating ability.
