I got there at the exact time I was supposed to 8:45 a.m. and waited 35 min. 2 people who got there after me were assisted. I had enough and left. I said nothing, nothing needs to be said. I knew they would attempt to mollify me by sticking me in a room for another 30. I wasn't having that. I won't be back.
