Ann was wonderful and very patient. We did not need to make a move to Palm Coast, we chose to move to Palm Coast. Why in the world would you sell a mortgage free home to have a mortgage? I ask that less every day. We wanted the water life. After we provided am initial Zillow/Realtor list to Ann and spent the first day with several "It's not the one" homes, she quickly picked up on what we actually wanted, and we didn't know how to explain it. We were lucky to have met Ann through a Zillow search a few years ago and now consider her a friend, not just our real estate agent. Ann goes above and beyond what any real estate professionals are willing to do and most could take a lesson on conduct from her. We eventually were able to find a house that was right for us and Ann was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process which helped lessen the home buying stress.
